Join us and create your future in our generous, disruptive and ambitious universe where we grow in excellence, courage and optimism. * The Little Dictionary of Fashion The Client Insights & CRM Assistant supports the teams in better understanding our clientele behaviour and help the merchandising team in their comprehension of client profiles per product categories. He/she will help to define and build a comprehensive CRM strategy, considering the specificities of each country of the region. He/she will work closely with country client marketing teams, retail, product, finance, digital, etc., reporting to the Client Insight & CRM Manager. OBJECTIVES * Provide clients insights to help building the right marketing strategy per country (number of clients, share of local, recruitment rate, client segments, etc.) * Analyse client profiles and client purchase behaviour * Follow up KPIS for product launches and or any specific projects (pop up, ranking top sales in HJ, Dior Homme formal performance for example) * Follow up KPIs for clienteling programs * Set up dashboards to monitor the performance * Support the countries in their specific requests (client list, clientele analysis such as behaviour of Russians in Russia and outside Russia, recruitment rate on 30 Montaigne in France, etc.) * Provide support for main Europe presentations such as Business Review, Budget Preparation, Retail Meeting, specific trainings PROFILE PROFIL : * Education: Master’s degree in marketing/data analysis (BAC +4/5, business school or university) * At least 6 months experience (internship or apprenticeship) with similar missions * Fluent in English and French * Strong knowledge of analysis tools (Excel mainly) and ability to manage data, communicate results and forecast outcomes * Global understanding of the luxury industry and the product environment * Strong organisational skills and structured * Precise, rigorous * Quick learner _ Embracing inclusion and diversity in all its forms, Christian Dior Couture has been committed since 2013 to providing Equal Employment Opportunity and valuing the personal uniqueness of each individual_
