La diversité est l'une des cinq valeurs de Salomon, c'est pourquoi nous nous engageons à créer un environnement accessible à tous._ _ Le siège de Salomon est basé à Annecy (74), France._ Job Description Within the Brand Department, in the Sustainability team, our future sustainability analyst will have the following missions: * Responsible materials strategy: support for the establishment of a responsible materials strategy and policy (Preferred Material Policy) and for the implementation of materials certifications * Circularity: support for Salomon's transversal circular economy strategy * Support for the steering of the strategy in the different categories (footwear, apparel, gear, winter sports) * Support for the implementation of a consumer pilot for the repair of textile products * Support for the implementation of recycling and upcycling solutions * Product communication: Support to the implementation of sustainability information of our products on our website and in the tools for our retailers In parallel, the intern will also be able to participate in the transversal projects of the Play-Minded program: implementation of the AGEC law, internal animation, etc. You will report directly to Salomon's Sustainability Program Manager. ______________________________________ _ Au sein du département de la Brand, dans l’équipe Développement Durable, notre futur(e) __ASSISTANT(E) ANALYSTE DÉVELOPPEMENT DURABLE H/F__, AURA POUR MISSIONS SUIVANTES :_ * _ Stratégie Matières responsables : support à l’établissement d’une stratégie et politique matières responsables (Preferred Material Policy) et à la mise en place de certifications matières_ * _ Circularité : appui à la stratégie transversale d'économie circulaire de Salomon :_ * _ Support au pilotage de la stratégie dans les différentes catégories (footwear, apparel, gear, winter sports)_ * _ Support à la mise en place d’un pilote client de réparation des produits textiles_ * _ Support à la mise en place de solutions de recyclage et d’upcycling_ * _ Communication produit : Support à la mise en place des informations développement durable de nos produits sur notre site web et dans les outils à destination de nos revendeurs_ _ En parallèle, le/la stagiaire pourra également participer également aux projets transversaux du programme Play-Minded : mise en place de la loi AGEC, animation interne, etc._ _ Vous serez rattaché(e) directement à la Sustainability Program Manager de Salomon._ Qualifications * EDUCATION: Bac +4/5 engineering school / master specialized in sustainable development, environment or degrees with specialization in sustainable development * Specific skills: Mastery of sustainable development issues, if possible in the fashion and/or outdoor sector * Knowledge of sustainable materials sourcing and associated certification systems * Knowledge of environmental reporting, environmental impact measurement, life cycle analysis * Knowledge of circularity * Knowledge of project management * Analytical skills and as ease with data * Computer skills: Office, ease with Excel * Other specific transverse skills: precision, rigor, good written and oral communication skills, ability to work in transverse and cross-functional teams, French and English essential. ______________________________________ * _ Enseignement : bac +4/5 école d’ingénieur / master développement durable, environnement ou matières avec option développement durable_ * _ Compétences spécifiques :_ _ Maîtrise des enjeux de développement durable, si possible dans le secteur de la mode et/ou de l’outdoor_ * _Connaissances en matière de sourcing matières durables et des systèmes de certifications associés_ * _Connaissances en matière de reporting environnemental, de mesure d’impact environnemental, d’analyse de cycle de vie_ * _Connaissances en matière de circularité_ * _Connaissances en gestion de projet_ * _Capacité d’analyse et aisance avec les chiffres_ * _ COMPÉTENCES INFORMATIQUES __: maîtrise de la suite Office, aisance avec l’outil Excel_ * _ AUTRES COMPÉTENCES TRANSVERSALES SPÉCIFIQUES__ : précision, rigueur, __BONNES CAPACITÉS DE COMMUNICATION À L’ÉCRIT ET À L’ORAL__, capacité à travailler au sein d’équipes transversales et inter-départements, français et anglais indispensables._ Additional Information Full time internship, based in Annecy (74), FRANCE Internship agreement required STARTING DATE: As soon as possible DURATION : 6 months ______________________________________ _ Stage temps plein, basé à Annecy (74), FRANCE_ _Convention de stage obligatoire_ _Début souhaité : Au plus tôt_ _Durée : 6 mois_
