DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
ABOUT THE POSITION
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Trade Investment and
Cash Lead France to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Trade
Investment Lead France is part of the France Finance team. You will be
reporting into the Head of Trade Investment and Cash Continental
Europe- and with a dotted-line report into the France CFO. Your
primary responsibility will be to control our investments and cash.
All the discounts for- and investments in- our customers should be
accounted for in the forecast and reconciled in the actuals.
You will be controlling 95 million euro of Investments a year and a
Working Capital balance of around 30 million euro. In this role you
have 2 Trade Investment Analysts and 1 Trade Investment intern
reporting into you.
You will be working closely together with the Sales teams and the
Sales Finance team and will be a key contact person for our outsourced
partner (GBS). Next to that you are constantly looking for process
improvements and efficiencies within the Trade Investment Team.
In brief- you will be responsible and accountable for;

ACCRUAL MANAGEMENT
*
Make sure our Balance sheet accruals are sufficient and our P&L is
showing the correct costs
*
Provide insights in all our investments- e.g. potential over or under
accruals.
*
PRICING MANAGEMENT
*
Make sure all customer agreements are reflected in our ERP system and
we invoice our customers with the correct prices.
*
PRICING DISPUTE MANAGEMENT
*
Increase our invoice accuracy by understanding root causes- adding
controls and changing processes
*
WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
*
Reduce our overdue invoices
*
Bring initiatives to lower our AR Balance
*
Responsible for having the correct bad debt provision for our AR
balance
*
FACILITATE CROSS DEPARTMENT COLLABORATION
*
Within France you are the key contact person for our other financial
departments (Disputes team- collection team- pricing team- Cash
application team) with around 5 FTE
*
Provide ideas to improve the performance and efficiency of above
teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
*
Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree.
*
Prior experience in a Finance role (3-5 year) .
*
Prior experience in a people management role would be advantageous.
*
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel- Word- PPT) including advanced
Excel skills.
*
Experienced ERP (e.g. SAP) user preferred but not essential.
*
Fluent in French- proficient in English.
