Converting Maintenance Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Converting Maintenance & Process Manager in our
Rouen Mill. The mission of the role is to organize and supervise
maintenance activities and interventions to guarantee and optimize the
operation of production means and tools, according to safety, hygiene
and environmental standards and the imperatives of productivity and
quality.
The role reports to the Operations Manager of the mill.
At the beginning we can offer a long temporary contract.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
You will ensure compliance with HSE and Quality rules, our procedures
and our internal operating procedures in order to guarantee in
particular the safety of activities and the compliance of our
products:
* Organize and schedule preventive/corrective maintenance operations
and monitor their implementation
* Develop or evolve the ranges, the procedures of maintenance
interventions (including preparation and coordination of maintenance
shuts)
* Supervise the compliance of interventions and the operation of
equipment, materials and installations (receptions, tests,
adjustments, ...)
* Identify technical solutions for improving equipment, installations
(quality, capability, cycles, safety, ...)
* Optimize maintenance costs (search for new suppliers, new technical
solutions, prioritization of expenses); identify and recommend
evolutions and improvements (organizations, tools, materials, ...)
* Advise and provide technical support to production and process
(coordination, development, ...)
* Monitor and update technical information (drawings, diagrams,
nomenclatures, ...) and regulatory
Specific activities
* Manage the activity of the maintenance department: manage the
maintenance team, coordinate the action of subcontractors and service
providers, manage priorities and deadlines, establish dashboards and
reporting.
* Leader or participant in capital projects execution (Capex)
* Internal Auditor
* Take part in HACCP product contamination risk analysis
* OSHPS 2.0 standard pilot
* Member of the on-call team on weekends and public holidays
JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
* 2nd cycle university degree (Master II) or Engineering degree in
industrial maintenance.
* BTS, DUT or equivalent bac + 2 in industrial maintenance or in a
technical sector (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
* Significant professional experience in industrial maintenance or
production
* Fluency in English
* Problem-solving methods (ideally Lean Green belt level)
* Proficient in Computer tools (Office), sofware of CMMS, SAP and CAD
* Strong analytical and adaptive skills
* High technical autonomy (to be specified: mechanical, electrical,
electronic, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, ...).
* Managerial skills: know how to make decisions, ability to mobilize
* Knowledge of quality and HSE (Regulatory and Corporate)
requirements applicable to maintenance activities
* Internal auditor qualification
