JOB PROFILE
The partner activity is expanding and growth ambitions are strong, it
is a major sales channel for the French market.
As part of the "indirect sales channel" team, you are in charge of the
commercial relationship with major customers. Supporting a wide number
of partners, you monitor the contracts of these key accounts, support
partners in their commercial actions and develop direct relationships
with preferred customers to upsell Worldline's portfolio.
Working closely with the Partner Program Manager you will benefit from
his experience to gain expertise and his supervision will ensure
empowerment while complying with the partner framework agreement.
The "partner program" in place will allow you to evolve in a framed
context and you will be responsible for its proper application by the
various resellers, you will animate your community of resellers to
help them develop their sales with Worldline offers. You will also be
the partner's relay with the internal teams to coordinate the proper
management of their requests.
In addition to this support function, you establish direct
relationships with a selection of end customers to extend our
commercial relations to all Worldline offers.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* The candidate will have to deal with both Partners and some direct
customers and will thus be responsible to:
* Manage both the partners & the business requirements, providing
insights to better adapt our offers to expectations
* Create friendly framework and positive mindset to animate Partner
community
* Create & maintain key account plans with partners to support
revenue & growth aspirations
* Provide timely & accurate revenue forecasting
* Manage monthly customer terminals forecasts, working closely with
the procurement team while reviewing production information to ensure
roll-out plans and team committed revenue numbers are achieved
* Engage the relevant internal resources into a cohesive and ongoing
dialogue with your customers relating to: sales opportunities,
customer relationship management, projects and operational issues
resolution.
* Report to the management the sales activities including
essentially: pipeline, forecast, critical cases to manage
SIGNS OF SUCCESS
* Higher Grade or Equivalent qualification in Business Management,
Economics or Engineering
* A sales background in the Payment Industry with International
Background
* Experience in leading customer facing teams
SKILLS WE CAN’T DO WITHOUT:
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening and
interpersonal skills.
* Payment background
* Ability to animate indirectly a network of sales
* Strong Customer orientation and desire to achieve solid customer
relationships
SKILLS WE’D LIKE:
* Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft office packages & Excel
* SAP and Miller Heiman experience beneficial
* Operational support and process methodology knowledge
