JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Client Engagement Assistant to join our team in
Paris on a 6-months internship.
The purpose of this role is to support the Client Engagement team in
the execution of the Client Strategy for the region with a strong
focus on reporting and event organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare weekly reports collecting data from stores and perform
quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the Client Engagement
strategy
* Empower stores by sharing outreach support tools (online invites,
templates,..) and liaise with them on any specific requests related to
CRM and digital tools usage
* Support organisation and logistics of events: manage suppliers and
vendor payments, samples set logistics, post event report
* Collect feedback on tools, initiatives and events
PERSONAL PROFILE
* Relevant interest in Fashion Retail and strong understanding of
what luxury customer service entails
* Fluent in French and English
* Confident with Excel and previously exposed to quantitative and
qualitative data analysis
* Organisational and project management skills with the ability to
multitask
* Proven ability to quickly establish relationships with colleagues
and partners at all levels
* Resilient with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive
in a fast paced environment
