It coordinates the various entities according to the Group's strategy and is responsible for managing international projects. PRIMARY MISSION: The P&C Group Risk Management team is looking for a profile with a strong interest in the insurance industry to perform a 6 to 12 months internship as a Project Manager Officer. The primary mission will be to support a high priority project by providing a framework aiming to improve the efficiency and ensure the successful delivery of the project. The mission’s objectives are to shield the Group from systemic risks, provide greater transparency and move towards a truly digital company in the Commercial Lines space MAIN ACTIVITIES: Support project: * Prepare plan and project documentation with international stakeholders from entities and Group; * Collect all stakeholders input per workstream in term of milestones and budget and consolidate the result * Track project progress with project owners and sponsors from various entities, and document project updates; * Prepare discussion material to present to Operational and Steering Committees * Identify and implement improvements in processes and materials supporting the deployment of the project VOTRE PROFIL POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Business School Student or similar background in final master’s year or gap year * Professional and technical skills * Structured thinking, analytical skills and strong attention to details * Project management mindset, ability to document and track project progress * Capacity to consolidate and analyze information to translate into actionable plan * Strong communication skills * Autonomy, ability to search for information, not afraid to question when needed * English and French language are mandatory * Experience in / interest for the financial services * MS Office: Excel, Power Point and Word – advanced level (mandatory) * Interpersonal skills: * Structured and results focused * Motivated by an international and dynamic environment * Genuine interest in financial inclusion * Able to work in a team and also autonomously VOTRE ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL Aimeriez-vous vous lever chaque jour motivé(e) par une mission inspirante et travailler en équipe pour permettre de protéger les personnes et leurs proches?
