DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
ABOUT THE POSITION
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Talent Acquisition
Manager taking care of our Germany and France business. The role is
positioned in Dusseldorf and reports into the Talent Acquisition Lead
for Continental Europe- with a dotted line to the HR Directors in
France and Germany.
The TA Manager plays a critical role in crafting and safeguarding the
KHC culture through attracting and hiring the right candidates.
Building- planning- and implementing a strong employer brand and
talent pipelining strategy is definitely part of your scope. Being the
go-to person for the business- you have weekly alignment with senior
team members in the business and have alignment on topics related to

Main responsibilities:
* Owning the full recruitment cycle for the Western Europe (GAS &
France) region- form sourcing and selecting through interviewing and
hiring
* Together with the full CE Talent Acquisition Team own the full
Trainee Program recruitment
* End-to-end responsibility for our Young Talent Program (including
recruitment strategy).
* Building and nurturing positive relationships with key business
partners. We are Talent Acquisition Business Partners- not just
recruiters!
* Responsible for all University Relations for your region. This
includes yearly budgeting and strategy planning- coordination- and
organization of events. And- of course- being present at the event
yourself- which is the fun part of the job (and yes- travelling is
involved)
* Leading Diversity- Inclusion and Belonging agenda for Western
Europe. Here is where you can make an impact- from ideas to strategy
and implementation
QUALIFICATIONS
Hard Skills
_ Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit
(Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this
position._
* Bachelor degree or higher
* At least 3 YEARS DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT- preferably
in an Agency environment.
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
Listening and understanding the need and build a clear action plan
towards success.
* Proficiency in ENGLISH AND GERMAN REQUIRED. Proficiency in FRENCH
is considered a huge advantage
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES
