1/ JOB DESCRIPTION
In the context of a replacement, we are looking for a calculation
engineer (F/M). Attached to the operation director/Design office
manager, your main missions will be:
* Stability and structure study of modular barges (ModelMaker and
AutoHydro)
* Design of CBM type permanent mooring device
* Editing installation procedures support (calculations of pipe
laying, cable laying, plan lifting,…)
* Definition of mooring lines for units in operation
* Preparation and editing of technical offer in English, linked to
the sales department (for engineering services)
* Simplify calculation of pre-measurement
* 3D modelling with surface (Rhino) and volumetric (Solidworkds)
software
_ Additional missions:_
* Study and dimensioning of mechanical steel structures by finite
elements, according to the needs of our customers and projects
(loading ramps, gantries, stowage interfaces between the bridge and
the onboard equipment, submerged pipes, etc…)
* Follow-up of certain projects on field
2/ REQUIRED PROFILE
* Formation: Engineer diploma or a master’s degree with a
hydrodynamic component
* Software: Mastering of Orcaflex or Deeplines Software
* Experiences: 5 years in the marine fields
* Language : Current English
* Qualities: Availability, pragmatism, reactivity, dynamism,
thoroughness. You shall have a good relational and the teamwork sense.
3/ WORKING CONDITIONS
* Location: Based at Aix-en-Provence with punctual displacement
* Compensation: Depends on experience
* Contract: Open-ended contract, executive position on a daily rate
of 218 days
* Starting date: As soon as possible
