JOB DESCRIPTION:
Airbus Flight Hour Services is providing a component exchange program
for maintenance purposes to Airlines. Flight Hour Services is
conducting its transformation to cope with market & business
evolutions and at the same time entering a new era of fast ramp-up and
huge opportunities to expand business.

In this context, you will join the FHS Operations in charge to design,
operate and secure the FHS industrial system of today and tomorrow.
Your mission is to support industrial strategy, forecast, planning and
resource plan, based on workload evolution that addresses the short,
mid & long term Industrial needs together with resources
consolidation.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

Support the overall FHS industrial Vision and Strategy evolution and
implementation
*
Support in various fields such as priorities set-up, governance,
headcount management with the FHS Operations leadership team
*
Organize and moderate staff meetings and ensure proper information
flows within the Leadership Team using Minutes of Meetings, Shared
Folders and Google Shared Drives, Google Site
*
Based on AOP and revision from the program, derive operations and
logistics costs forecast, workload model, Make or buy policy and
subcontracting management
*
Analyze and consolidate the Ops costs inputs with Finance for proper
integration/alignment for Forecasts and OP-Planning
*
Extract SAP data and operational data (AMASIS, Skywise), follow-up of
actuals vs. target, publish monthly logistic costs dashboard,
contribute to FHS dashboard/control room
*
Identify and explore financial competitiveness levers for Operational
scope
*
Seek right, accurate and consolidated information, check data
consistency, prepare the decision with adequate synthesis, analysis
and format while demonstrating a profound understanding of potential
impacts
*
Support to make the link to the bigger picture, while being able to
drill down to details where necessary and bring most critical issues
to immediate attention to the Head of FHS Operations
*
Prepare and consolidate any material, presentation needed by the Head
of FHS Operations (Management meetings, Monthly Business Reviews
(MBR), Top Objectives, Risks & Opportunities). This includes further
internal or external presentations and the alignment with other
speakers for events
You act as a FHS Operations leadership team member. Capability to
speak up and influence ideas/opinions and to continuously drive for
improvements.
