YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): * Coordinating training efforts (quotes, logistics, attendance, benchmark, budget, invoices, etc.) * Managing the language platform, ensure the job families are up to date so people can access to a personalized & relevant content for them, * Enrolling our teams onto courses into 360 Learning (our Learning Management System), supporting with sending invitations, making sure deadlines are met, * Ensure the payment and subvention with OPCO are in order, provide data for internal or external use ( gender, b corp certification…) * Coordinate and block Instructor’s dates & timing in lines with the training and workshop calendars. * Share, learn and work hand-to-hand with the different stakeholders to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business.
