Alternance Assistant Supply Chain (amont) Hermès Maison H/F

Job description Eléments de contexte ALTERNANCE de 12 MOIS. Démarrage envisagé DÉBUT 2022. Basé à Pantin. Principales activités A ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : * La gestion du PES Objet : * lien avec l’équipe commerciale sur les prévisions et les stocks retail * Suivi des commandes fournisseurs * Proposition de commandes * Vérification de l’adéquation prévisions / commandes * Gestion de fournisseurs : définition du planning, vérification des livraisons réalisées en fin de mois, replanification, remontée des alertes * Gestion des flux physiques des composants (envoi des pièces, envoi des documents douaniers) * Participation à l'amélioration continue de projets transverses à l'équipe Supply Chain Profil du candidat De formation ingénieur ou issu d’un parcours spécialisé en supply chain, le candidat : * Est à l’aise avec l’analyse, a un esprit de synthèse * A un bon relationnel pour échanger au quotidien avec les équipes centrales et les sites de fabrication * La connaissance d’un outil d’analyse de données comme PowerBI est un plus * La maitrise de VBA pour les macro excel est un plus * Souhaite découvrir un service d’approvisionnement/planification About the Hermès Group A creator, artisan and seller of high-quality objects since 1837, Hermès is an independent, family-owned French house that employs more than 17,000 people worldwide.
