We are looking for NEOLANE (ADOBE CAMPAIGN) ADMINISTRATOR FREELANCER to join the MEMBER LIFECYCLE product team within the OFFER DISCOVERY & CHECKOUT EXPERIENCE tribe and DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS domain at VPTECH. The "Member Lifecycle" product team is responsible for the maintenance and development of the customer relationship animation (emails/notifications). The freelancer will be in direct contact with the team’s Product Owner and business teams and will need to be able to listen and communicate with them using appropriate (non-technical) language. RESPONSIBILITIES : * Together with the project managers, you will be in charge of the production of the developments on Neolane (Adobe Campaign) in compliance with the group standards * Monitoring Post MEP * Resume existing developments already achieved, understand them and make them evolve * Monitoring of incidents, post mortem and implementation of corrective actions. YOUR PROFILE : * 4 years experience minimum with Neolane (Adobe Campaign) 6.11 from an administration and development perspective * Mastering of Javascript with Neolane * Knowledge of deliverability * Platform Maintenance (Marketing and Midsourcing) experience * Good knowledge of SQL Server * Mastering different tasks of a workflow * Fluency in English.
