For our successful outdoor and lifestyle shoe brand ALLROUNDER, we are looking for a: Freelance or Regular employee SHOE DESIGNER m/w JOB DESCRIPTION * Market research, trend monitoring and development of innovative shoes * Responsibility for the design process based on the requirements defined by the Product Manager * Creation of prototypes, drawings, 3D constructions, sample creations * Creation of material and colour concepts.
