BG SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST Date: 18-Mar-2022 Country/Region: FR City: BRIERES Contract Type: Unlimited Requisition ID: 33589 The FAURECIA Automotive Seating Business Group is looking for a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst. MAIN MISSIONS: The role of the Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst is to support Business Group Digital transformation roadmap through development, implementation and follow-up of Data Quality, Data usage and Process controls of the logistics information systems. The main missions of the role are to: * Support a roadmap of development and deployment of logistics applications with focus on Data used in the Business Group * Contribute to Faurecia Data Governance activities and act as a Data Ambassador for Supply Chain (PC&L) Data domain in the Business Group * Support Divisions and Plants on Master Data consistency and accuracy improvement activities and drive change request management * Develop, support, and animate a network of Key Users for Data applications * Coach employees on Data Quality, Tool usage and Data controls within the logistics operational network * Creation and maintenance of user documentation for Data tools and training units * Perform Data Analysis to support Data Project activities and Management decisions * Monitor and issue reports on logistics key performance indicators on Business Group level to logistics operational network DELIVERABLES, PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: * Adherence to the progress plan, to be defined each year * Data Quality and System usage indicator, to be defined QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have/be: * Master's degree in Supply-Chain Management with focus on Data Management, IT or comparable * Multi-functional & Multi-cultural communication, Minimum bi-lingual (English required) * Computer literacy, knowledge of SAP, BI, Microsoft Office, Dataiku, UiPath, Palantir Foundry, MicroStrategy * Very strong ability to analyze data and share its results to all organization levels * Ability to design and deliver trainings with strong communication skills * Ability and willingness to travel (<30%) * Ability to work self-employed and has a readiness of mind to learn complex task in short-term AFFILIATION: * Job Level: TBC * Function: PCL – Production Control * Location : TBC * Organizations : FAS BG Data & System PROFILE: * Schedule / Contract Full-time / Unlimited Term * Education Level: Master's Degree * Educational Program: Supply Chain/IT/Data management .
