CONTEXT
Edenred’s Group Communications department manages both external and
internal communications. Group Communications also coordinates with
the communications and marketing specialists in Edenred’s
operational units in 46 countries.
The Group’s social media presence is strong at local level, in
particular in Edenred’s main markets (such as Brazil, France, Italy,
Mexico, etc), and is increasing very quickly at Group level.
Social media presence needs to be further developed, with appropriate
guidelines, in terms of both brand and content, and governance, but
also with a well-defined content strategy.
MISSION
The Community Manager will participate in the definition and evolution
of the Group’s social media strategy.
The Community Manager will be in charge of the animation of all the
Group’s platforms and the ones which will be created in the future.
He/She will coordinate the editorial calendar of the Group’s
accounts, as well as of the creation of content, both in terms of
messages and in terms of visual (photos, videos, gif).
The Community Manager will build strong and trustful relationship with
its counterparts in Edenred’s main markets. He/She will make sure
the social media community at Edenred is united and consistent and
that best practice is widely spread within the community. He/She will
ensure that Edenred engages on social media platforms according to the
editorial plan, the Group’s guidelines.
The Community Manager will contribute to onboard Edenred’s
executives on social media, especially on Linkedin, and provide them
support to administrate their accounts regularly with qualitative
content on the Group and its activities or markets.
The Community Manager will share best practices with Edenred’s
10,000 employees so that they can make the most of them and
participate in the roll-out of an employee advocacy program while
ensuring everyone is aware of basic rules when it comes to using
social media.
The Community Manager will be in charge of Group’s sponsored
campaigns and assist its counterparts in Edenred’s main markets to
launch their own social paid campaigns on social media.
Along with the Transformation and HR departments, the Community
Manager will contribute to monitor and adopt a proactive approach on
key brands and employers review platforms at Group and local level.
He/She will be in charge of the social media monitoring and analysis.
PROFILE
You will succeed in this role, if you have/are
* 2 to 4 years’ experience in community management, ideally in a
listed company, or in a communications agency.
* Attitude is key: quick, creative, curious and eager to learn and
progress, team-player.
* Fluent in English and French, English-native will be a plus.
* Excellent writing capabilities.
* In-depth knowledge of all social platforms, including if possible,
experience working with paid social media
* Proficient at using social monitoring and analysis tools
(Talkwalker, social paid…)
