JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Income Statement Analyst will lead the consolidation and reporting of Income Statement of Grid with a strong focus to provide accurate and quality reporting of income statement along with variance analysis. Should articulate financial performance with the operational KPI’s of the business. JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE: Income Statement Analyst will lead the consolidation and reporting of Income Statement of Grid with a strong focus to provide accurate and quality reporting of income statement along with variance analysis. Should articulate financial performance with the operational KPI’s of the business. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Support close, planning cycles including Strategy, Budget, Forecasting and Pacing to ensure accuracy of supplemental data submissions and reporting, prepare variance analysis to explain key drivers. * Lead company level pacing cycles, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of submissions. Identify and communicate changes and associated drivers. * Lead monthly and quarterly closing and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy of financials & timely reporting. * Develop Lean capabilities, learn techniques and tools. * Lead Lean projects and initiatives to drive process improvement, simplification and build standard work. Identify opportunities to digitize and eliminate manual, non-value-added work. * Partner and support business teams, coach and share knowledge. * Prepare and present analysis of Actuals financial performance, preparing narrative and detailed explanation driving the variance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university * Leadership Program graduates will be given experience credit for time within the program. DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems independently.
