Quality Engineer in charge of 8D Activity (Problem solving) M/F

POSTING PRESENTATION: The job holder will be integrated in the « Quality Management System » team, and will be in charge of 8D activity (problem solving) in Crolles Operations, with a focus on CR300. This position requires constant interface with all services linked to Operations (Process engineering, hardware, device, facilities, manufacturing …). You will be key to improve product quality and to satisfy internal and external clients. Mission : * Guarantee 8D process execution in CR300 * Act as a driving force with involved team to reach cycle time & quality targets and prevent problem recurrences * Ensure identification and effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions with a global vision and taking a step back on the problems encountered * Ensure 8D actions follow up until completion, and alert in case of exceeding deadlines * Trainer for CR200 and CR300 engineers (Process engineering, hardware, device, facilities) on 8D methodology * Ensure 8D activity reporting (achievements, blocking points, due dates) * Contribute to analyze and summarize systemic root causes * Proactive force in projects to improve quality results in the Operations Your knowledge on semiconductor fabrication processes, and deep of sense of details will be keys to challenge teams in their action plans.
