DESMARQUOY(FRA) France DESCRIPTION DU POSTE * Describe and validate with its direction, the quality strategy in compliance with Hutchinson’s policy. * Deploy the quality strategy for the fluid management system activity. * Set up the objectives for all XSO and decline it by plants for : * Customer as km0, warranty, reliability ; * Internal objectives as CNQ, quality project, certification, SMQ, product/process risks. * Connect the development with the supplier quality, in coordination with the purchasing department. * Define organization, working methods, and ensure the management of the quality division to achieve the objectives consistency with the Division’s strategy : * Rituals, coordination meetings ; * Transversalization / coordination of improvement actions between plants ; * Capitalization. * Support the plants or XSO organization in-front of customers in case of major quality issues, * Major km0 claims ; * Critical meeting with customer ; * Warranty. * Ensure the interface with the suppliers’ quality managers in case of conflict, major issue that is impacting customer for one or several plants of the Division. * Analyze and identify the systemic root causes. * Identify skills necessary for the Division / for each position and develop staff skills. * Identify the training needs for employees. * Promote the use of standard quality tools. * Identify the customer specifics requirements. * Prospect and promote the application of quality tools required by customers and adapted to the Division. * Coordinate the work of the XSO Quality Director. * Ensure transversal customer satisfaction. * Warn top management in case of deviation. * Promote the use of standard quality tools to guarantee the conformity of the product -process. * Promote the use of standardized tools to enable transversality effectiveness. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ * Experience with team management and transversal management in an automotive environment. * Experience with Quality Automotive standards. * Knowledge of the Quality tools : APQP, FMEA, control plan, PPAP, PDCA … * Working group facilitation. * Experience in customer satisfaction. * Good negotiation skills. * Fluent in English.
