Technical Data Project Leader (m|f|d)

We are currently seeking a Technical Data Project Leader (m|f|d) for our Manufacturing Technologies BPS business based at our headquarters in Goettingen, Germany (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH) or in home office anywhere in Europe. Working within the Sartorius Technology Global network in the Technology department will take the responsibility of development projects. In this context, you will share and improve manufacturing processes, participate and act within global technology projects to implement mastered & capable new processes. You will contribute to Product Technical Data roadmap construction, implementation and deployment through technology projects. WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER WITH US * Manage projects where technical data technology is the main driver * Participate to new product integration into BPS data structure as well as proposing and implementing technical data structure improvement * Relay and deploy standard technical data structure in all projects where involved * Handover/transfer the knowledge of developed processes to users with all required support (SOP’s, training, etc.) * Directly interact within global technology network to set-up and deploy standards within BPS. * Creation of KPIs and benchmark best practices and participates to technology scouting in order to improve technical data structure. * Give technical guidance to stakeholders (Production, Data service, Quality, Marketing, etc.) to improve usage of product technical information. * Communicate within projects on his/her tasks related to the field of expertise WHAT WILL CONVINCE US * A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in biology, industrial engineering, or similar; higher degree optional * Several years of experience in project management involving product technical information management. * Deep understanding of the interactions between product design, processes and product data structure. * Knowledge in Data Stewardship tasks and experienced with Lean Approach * Able to understand and challenge computerized systems solutions and processes * Excellent communication skills as a good team player with fluency in oral and written English (other language a plus) * Ability to travel as needed * Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment WHAT WE OFFER Our ambition is to simplify progress in life science research and the biopharmaceutical industry to help translate scientific findings into new therapeutics faster and more efficiently.
