The goal is to define and deliver user experience for a comprehensive platform to empower hundreds of Developers, Analyst and Marketing to deliver sustainable Engineering tools solutions. This role will work closely with Product Owner (Marketing), Technical Product Owner, Analyst, product engineering team and end users to define the best in class architecture for the Tool Suite. Strong collaboration with multiple teams around the word and in this case the international context is key. RESPONSIBILITIES * Define the user experience for Engineering Tools platform that simplifies building and deploying solutions at scale * Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment * Understand customers and their needs through market analysis, customer research, and feedback * Use business requirements to assist in developing use cases and high-level requirements * Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences * Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes * Facilitate the design process, present and iterate design solutions QUALIFICATIONS Requested Skills : REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS * 3+ years of design experience, preferably in Enterprise software environment * Industry experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role. * Available portfolio of designs to showcase * Ability to prototype interactive mock-ups using tools such as Figma, Invision, AdobeXD, or similar * Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS, Angular is a must * Experience with UX design for complex workflows for technical users * Experience in best practices for information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques. * Extensive experience with Agile and/or SaFe practices * Strong communication skills - verbal and written. * Ability to work with technical teams and facilitate design conversations * Creativity, Autonomous, Rigorous * English mandatory We seek out and reward people for putting the customer first, being disruptive to the status quo, embracing different perspectives, continuously learning, and acting like owners.
