Internship Corporate Social Responsibility Officer

Today, Digimind is looking for a motivated person who will help Digimind optimize & update its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) compliance documentation as well as creating new standards, templates and processes that we plan to put in place. Finally, the mission will include the creation of internal eLearning content which will help our teams worldwide understand and adopt the company compliance framework. The selected candidate will work closely with the managers of the company as well as potentially animating a team of employees who will help in building the documentation. WHAT ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES? * Manage the process of collecting employee, environmental, and other operational data from respective departments, * Help the company’s managers systematize the process of measuring and managing impact, * Help the company identify and implement new sustainability initiatives in, among others, Environment, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Social questions. * Assist with preparation of reports, standards and processes, * Participate in our efforts to update existing certifications or get new ones, * Animate the team of internal teammates who will volunteer to participate to this initiative, * Build eLearning content and promote deliverables to ensure internal adoption and external awareness, * Maintain great collaboration & alignment with management and other Compliance stakeholders in the company, WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS? * Keen interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and Compliance globally, * Experienced or skilled in CSR / Compliance questions, * Superior written communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and strong work ethic, * Creativity and a can-do attitude, * Ability to work in a flexible, fun, and strongly team-oriented environment, * Bilingual French & English (all deliverables are in English).
