The primary role of Customer Education function is to provide training
on ResMed product range and their clinical application to Customers,
employees and partners such that ResMed’s strategic, operational,
customer and quality business objectives are met. Key deliverables
include working alongside Sales and Customer support to design
effective training programs for customers. Providing technical
expertise to develop and upskill employees in support function and
monitoring, evaluating and enhancing service delivery systems and
processes.
LET’S TALK ABOUT RESPONSIBILITIES
* The primary objective of Customer Training specialization within
Customer Education Job Family is to gather information to determine
customer requirements and training needs in the use of complex product
solutions.
* Key responsibilities include: conducts technical training for
customers and/or employees, partners with customer and other members
of cross functional teams to develop specifications for customers’
optimal use of product, provide feature requirements for a product
development or to create content of training material (presentations,
brochures, manuals, videos, etc.), prepares customer communication and
training material from engineering documentation, field service
requirements or software documentation to ensure material reflects
current solution features.
* Instructs customers and/or employees through various means both
inside and outside of traditional classroom settings (online
instructor training, video tutorials, manuals, etc.) Follows up to
determine customer adoption, usage of solution, and/or applicability
of training material, provide and review customer analytics and adapt
as necessary.
* Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires
knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts. Typically
requires a university degree or equivalent work experience.
* Responsibilities might include:

(3) Providing advice/direction in primary areas of expertise
(specialist and expert)
(4) Leveraging professional expertise and relationships to contribute

* Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of
expertise.
* May lead the work of project teams and will often formally train
junior staff.
LET’S TALK ABOUT QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
PREFERRED:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
* Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires
evaluation of identifiable factors.
* Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for
obtaining solutions.
