operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a
rich array of advertising solutions. We enable advertisers to reach
Amazon customers on Amazon.com, across our owned and operated sites,
on high quality sites across the web, and on millions of devices. The
Amazon Advertising Campaign and Creative Services (CCS) organization
is seeking a strategic Sr. Program Manager, Advertising Customer
Connections to support our AC2 Program on the Global Voice of the
Customer (VOC) team. The VOC team champions all global ads customers -
driving change so they can grow their business and be successful
marketers. We give advertising customers voice to influence business
decisions, regardless of their size, locale, or product used. Because
Amazon Ads has a wide range of advertising customers who often use
multiple products within our suite; we provide a holistic view of the
customer experience, helping teams to step out of internal silos and
invent and simplify the customer experience. Key job responsibilities
The AC2 program provides internal employees immersive experiences to
bring them out of their day-to-day in order to listen to customer
feedback, watch customers using our products, and touch tools through
the advertising customer’s eyes; thus inspiring innovation. The AC2
Sr Program Manager will be expected to autonomously interview
advertising customers, create session topics, edit interviews, and
moderate live sessions with employees - thus driving conversation and
prompting improvements to the customer experience. The candidate will
have high standards for themselves and everyone they work with, and
will be expected to dive deep and have knowledge of ALL Amazon Ads in
order to facilitate conversation and debate. They will be working with
everyone from brand new employees, to leaders at the highest levels.
This is a multi-faceted role requiring a breadth of skills and
expertise: * Ability to host engaging on-camera or in-person sessions
with up to 75 attendees * Engage with global stakeholders to
understand priorities * Track program(s) health and success A day in
the life * Working familiarity with digital advertising and ad serving
