can’t wait to see where it takes you. We are looking for a Workday
Change Management expert to join the People Ops team, to be part of
the Workday implementation project team, and later become the
functional expert leading the change management interventions in a
Workday environment. Workday modules include Core HCM, Compensation,
Talent Management, Absence Management (Performance and Learning will
come in a second step). YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide functional
subject matter expertise on the Workday HCM solution (CHCM, CCTPP,
PTO, LRN) * Contribute/lead to change activities to ensure Workday
adoption by the business and effective user training * Change & user
adoption - define the vision, change management strategy and plan,
understand and capture the impacts, assess the readiness, and provide
the support and training needed to help people work differently *
Process re-design - understand people’s needs, visualize how they
engage with Workday, identify moments that matter, and ensure changes
driven by Workday are captured and documented appropriately * Insights
& analysis - measuring the effectiveness of Workday and providing
insight to deliver the intended change both pre, during and
post-go-live * Design and deliver communications and engagement
activities * Support HR team and managers on change readiness
activities * Assist with bi-annual releases, including analysis of
impacts of new functionality on current materials and practices YOUR
QUALIFICATIONS * 3-5 year’s of Change Management experience *
Demonstrated experience in several ends to end Change Management
projects, including the delivery of change management deliverables *
Knowledge of some or all Workday functionality like Core HCM,
Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Integrations, Security, Data
Conversion, Talent Optimisation, and Learning * You have excellent
communication skills (written and verbal; public speaking; animate
trainings) * You’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from
others * You are creative & you love to think outside the box * You
embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on
added-value tasks * Fluency in English _ If you don’t meet 100% of
