Regional Business Excellence Manager

To ensure Regional Business Excellence and continually improve the
Region collective effectiveness on Business Intelligence and Sales
Force Effectiveness, to support the organization to become more data
driven and thrive for the excellence in the commercial execution,
within the frame of Ethics and Compliance guidelines.
The NCE Regional Business Excellence manager is expected to generate
and consolidate information from a variety of country sources such as
market data, SF Activity to identify business issues, develop
hypotheses and recommendations to be shared and discussed with local
teams during Monthly Performance Review.
The NCE Business Excellence manager will also provide insights and
forecasting analytics to the key financial processes of IPSEN (Annual
Budget and 5yr Planning) in collaboration with Local Business
Excellence managers and Finance Partners, cross the Northern Central
Europe Region
The Regional Business Excellence Manager is expected to contribute
local SFE activities for selected Northern Central Europe countries
(e.g Greece, others)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB EXPECTATIONS
BRAND & PERFORMANCE REVIEW:
* Triangulate primary research, secondary data analytics, to provide
a single source of truth
* Design/develop dashboard to follow market & brand performance cross
region for Monthly Performance Review, Forecast, Budget and Strategic
Plan exercises.
* Partnering with Finance and global Asset teams to lead the
implementation of designed templates for Forecast and Budget reviews
* Perform ad hoc brand performance analysis
* Consolidate data from internal and external sources to allow
decision making
* Propose improvements to brand performance activity (data sources,
systems)
* Liaise with market data providers (e.g. IQVIA) to ensure best
available market data is procured to inform brand performance
* Constructively challenge country reporting and make recommendations
based on best practice
FORECASTING AND PATIENT MODELING
* Partnering with Global Strategic Business Excellence department, to
propose, implement templates and provide consolidated view for Brand
Forecasting and market segmentation
* In partnership with local and global teams, design appropriate
patient models
* Populate and maintain the data of the patient models for the key
Product/Indication/country
* Liaise with countries to refine assumptions and incorporate local
data
SFE EXCELLENCE (INCL CRM SOLUTIONS, CLM, MULTICHANNEL)
* Oversight Segmentation & Targeting
* Develop Veeva Dashboard and monitor SF activity cross region
* Oversight Sales Incentives relevance cross region; target setting
process and develop dashboard to monitor Sales Incentives cross region
SUPPORT SFE OF SELECT NCE GEOGRAPHIES (E.G GREECE)
* Identify KPI and SFPI for the performance monitoring
* Accuracy of the HCPs segmentation and targeting activities
* Provide incentive plans guidelines
* Identify KPI and SFPI for the performance monitoring
* In close collaboration with local team, assist in the development
of excellence in Account management process
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
* Lead and influence cross functional teams required to achieve key
brand initiatives
* Partner with key internal Global and Local stakeholders to provide
pragmatical solutions
* Partner with IT to ensure Data Analytics tools are meeting the NCE
Region needs
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE
Candidate Profile
* A minimum of 10 years in medicine or life sciences plus
demonstrable therapeutic area knowledge Strong capability in planning
* Strong capability in aggregating information from multiple sources
to develop hypotheses
* Strong capability in analytical skills using Excel, Power BI
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and
external stakeholders
Qualifications
* Ideal: MSc or MBA
KEY TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
* System design and use skills (Excel/Access, Power BI, databases)
* Knowledge and experience with Commercial digital solutions (CRM/BI
/CLM / Multichannel).
* Strong project management, organization, planning and training
abilities
