RÉFÉRENCE 2022-10822 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE FILIÈRE/MÉTIER Digital And Data Engineering - Data INTITULÉ DU POSTE Data Engineer/ Data Scientist H/F CONTRAT CDI STATUT Cadre DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION The candidate will be responsible for expanding and optimizing the data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. He/She will work in close collaboration with architecture and feature teams on data initiatives and will ensure an optimal and consistent data delivery process. He/She will also have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. He/She will be responsible for: * designing data models; * building, developing and testing ELT / ETL processes; * assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements * processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis * analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns * build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms * writing and refactoring the code into reusable libraries, APIs, and tools in order to have clear, efficient, tested, and high-quality code; * playing an active role in pursuing engineering excellence, by fixing bugs and refactoring the code base where necessary; * Supporting business analytics initiatives cross-Departments; He/She will become an expert in big data solutions. Depending on the initiative, he/she may need to investigate new relevant technologies and to test the most promising ones. PROFIL Requirement : Availability to go abroad for a short period depending on international project needs Soft skills * Combination of business focus, analytical and problem solving skills in order to quickly define a data-driven solution within different initiatives. * Excellent written and communication skills: ability to communicate to technical and non-technical project stakeholders. * Ability to work within a team and with a proactive attitude Tech skills Main: * Knowledge of at least one of some of the main Big Data frameworks and platforms: Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, Snowflake * High proficiency with SQL * Knowledge of Database Management Systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, …) * Scientific programming with Python (Numpy, Scipy, Scikit-learn, Pandas, …) * Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, ...) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks * Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, …) Nice to have: * Knowledge of Palantir Foundry platform * Data Visualization Tool (PowerBI (preferred), QlikSense, Tableau, …) * Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (Pytorch, Tensorflow, …) * Knowledge of NLP concepts and tools (Doccano, Spacy, …) * Usage of Google API, knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure platform * Education Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Physics LOCALISATION DU POSTE PAYS Europe VILLE Poissy (France), Turin (Italie) CRITÈRES CANDIDAT NIVEAU D'EXPÉRIENCE MIN.
