Au sein de l’équipe Process Performance & Improvement of Quality d’Alstom, directement rattaché au Quality Method & Tool manager, vous aurez pour mission la création et le déploiement des formations du Business intelligence de Qualité. VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS, SI VOUS LES ACCEPTEZ : VOS RESPONSABILITÉS SE DÉCLINERONT SUIVANT DEUX AXES PRINCIPAUX FORMATION : * CRÉATION DE LA FORMATION EN LIGNE * Elaborer le programme de formation en ligne dans le cadre définit par le concepteur de la formation autour du sujet Data analysis * Définir les objectifs pédagogiques de la formation en collaboration avec le formateur ou le process owner * Valider et superviser le contenu pédagogique de la formation, s’assurer de la conformité de son contenu et l’objectif attendu * Utiliser Platform digital en interne pour créer la formation en ligne et publier sur Alstom université * ORGANISATION DE LA FORMATION CLASSROOM * Organiser et planifier les sessions de formation et en assurer la bonne exécution, * Communiquer et diffuser les dates d’ouverture des sessions de formation auprès d’organisation Qualité international * Mobiliser les outils digitaux et numériques adaptés en faveur de l’action de formation, * Option : Devenir le formateur sur certaine formation « Data analysis » AMÉLIORER LE SHAREPOINT DU QUALITY : * Collecter le besoin actuel du sharepoint Qualité auprès des communauté Qualité * Migrer les informations utiles depuis l’ancien SharePoint Qualité * Améliorer la mise en page du site PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : Titulaire d’un Master ou Licence (Bac+3 minimum) spécialisé dans les sciences de l’éducation et de la formation, Vous avez eu des expériences dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle, idéalement dans la conduite et la gestion de projet. * La capacité de gérer un dispositif de formation, * Connaissance appropriée des systèmes de gestion de l’apprentissage et des outils Internet de formation et Maîtrise de MS Office * La capacité reconnue à assurer des cycles de formation complets (évaluation des besoins, planification, développement, coordination, suivi et évaluation) * Vous êtes autonome et en capacité de coordonner et travailler avec une équipe internationale, * Vous Disposez d’un grand sens du contact, de l’écoute, et la capacité de communication face à un public varié * Maitrise avancée de l'anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
