AXA CORPORATE CENTER’S MAIN MISSIONS ARE TO: * Steer the entities in order to ensure the coherence of the strategies, the consistency of the commercial approaches as well as the optimization of the risks and results; * Defining and coordinating Group policies, different transversal projects and standards, identifying and sharing best practices; * Supporting the entities in order to help them to grow, to develop their offer, their management and steering standards as well as their risk management. The head office of AXA Group (GIE AXA), based in La Défense Majunga, gathers the Group's corporate activities. It coordinates the various entities according to the Group's strategy and is responsible for managing international projects. MANAGEMENT PRESENTATION: Group Risk Management develops the risk framework in terms of limits/thresholds (financial, insurance and operational risks), standards, minimum requirements or processes, and oversees the operating entities’ adherence to the framework, supported by the local risk management teams. Risk management is coordinating the second line of defence. Within the central Risk Management function of the AXA Group, you will join the Group Internal Control (IC) management team which follows and monitors the implementation of a common internal control framework within AXA. MAIN PURPOSE: Within the Group Internal Control organization, the candidate will be a member of the Group Internal Control Programme team, providing support on the reporting for Internal Control. This role will be focused on administrating and improving the Group IC reporting process based on Excel Macros (VBA), PowerBI technology that should migrate to Microsoft Azure Data Factory/Databricks and IC Tool (Scala – Entreprise Risk Management specific AXA Risk and Control tool edited by eFront company, part of Blackrock company). CORE ACTIVITIES: AXA entities worldwide are required to report to the Group, using the IC tool (Scala) or a specific Excel file format, information concerning the implementation and status of Internal Control within their entities. Through the use of VBA coding and general Excel knowledge, the intern will support the Group Internal Control team to enhance reports and the quality of the data recorded in Scala. Reporting Data Visualisation * Improve the existing Reporting by: * Maintaining the existing reports library and providing Group IC Team with relevant reports * Enhance Report performance * Documenting or updating documentation on IC reporting processes * Develop the IC reporting process by identifying, with the Group IC team, areas for improvement and implementing changes when required for simple and reliable reports: * Definition and creation of new reports * Automatization of repetitive actions * Transform the existing diagram of relational tables to a star/snowflakes schema * Carry the existing reports to our new solution based on Azure Data Factory and Databricks * Extract, Transform and Load the sources files * Develop the new star schema * Develop the reports based on this schema Data Quality * Implement and perform data quality checks to ensure the quality and reliability of the reporting: * On the central data published through Group Libraries in Scala * Data reconciliation between Scala raw data and reports (Scala and PBix) * Building Data Quality checks for information coming from entities * Assist the team in the follow-up of entities timely delivery of all Excel files under the correct format VOTRE PROFIL PROFILE: * Bachelor or master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: * Strong proficiency in Excel and VBA coding * Precise, analytical, and well organized * General IT knowledge * General Relational Database Management System knowledge * Attention to details in the daily use of complex Excel models * Knowledge of PowerBI * Knowledge of audit and/or internal control appreciated COMMUNICATION SKILLS: * Effective communication oral and written in English or French MANAGERIAL SKILLS: * Action-oriented, delivery-focused mindset * Autonomous and pro-active VOTRE ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL Aimeriez-vous vous lever chaque jour motivé(e) par une mission inspirante et travailler en équipe pour permettre de protéger les personnes et leurs proches?
