About the job This 6-month internship in Sustainable Finance and Water will start in march/april 2022 and will be located in Rueil-Malmaison. CONTEXT: The Water Cycle is part of the One Planet.One Health Department at Danone. It aims to set up the 2030 strategy in term of risks mitigations, water stewardship management and water access business models development. Water is an important resource for Danone's businesses, as much as for our direct operations than for our supply chain and to grow the crops we need for our products. At the frontier between the strategy and the field projects, the Water Cycle is making the business transformation on water resources management a reality. Duties and responsibilities: * You are participating to the internal engagement strategy around water stewardship and its externalities (carbon, livelihood improvement, etc.) * You are supporting Development of business cases for Water Stewardship Projects (Profit architecture - value proposition) helping development of risks mitigation plans * You are contributing to the local project teams coordination and ensure smooth sharing of datas & knowledge * You are supporting the team manager to develop fund-raising strategy (Commercial Banks, Development Banks, Funds, etc.) * You are contributing to the external stakeholders engagement (United Nations, International organizations and NGOs, etc.) * You are supporting Modelization of the business cases to ease replicability of projects WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE DANONE: * Ability to work across departments and with external service providers and international dimension * The possibility to bring concrete recommendations and a fresh perspective (that’s what will make the difference !) * Onboarding and HR personalized follow-up throughout the internship * Various missions and high responsibility level * 1.120€ (1st year of Master or equivalent) to 1.300€ (2nd year of Master or equivalent) gross per month About you THE MUST HAVE: * You are currently involved in a master’s degree program or equivalent, ideally in management, sustainability & finance or related major and you are looking for a six-month internship * Fluent in English – oral and written * An analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills * Entrepreneurial thinking * Great team spirit with strong communication skills * The ability to challenge situations, act with resilience and manage stakeholders Danone is proud to promote inclusion and equal opportunities.
