Référence de l’offre 220001D8 Type de contrat CDI Niveau d'expérience Expérimentés Société du groupeGIE AXA Famille métierActuariat Localisation PUTEAUX, Hauts-de-Seine VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS TEAM DESCRIPTION: The Internal Model Review team (IMR) is dedicated to provide an independent opinion to the local management, local and Group Boards of Directors of AXA, and to interested 3rd parties, including the supervisors, about the quality of the Solvency II AXA Group internal model deployed within the entities. The IMR team is hosted in the GIE AXA branch in Madrid, and reports to the Group CRO in Paris as part of the Group Risk Management. The team is structured in four main areas: * Assets standards, Market & Credit risks * Liabilities standards, Best Estimate assumptions and Life risks * P&C risks * Operational risks The IMR team is now extending its scope to cover IFRS17 in the entities, focusing on the actuarial and modeling aspects, similarly to what is done for Solvency II. MAIN PURPOSE: The objective of the role is to develop and lead the in-depth reviews of the IFRS17 actuarial and model-related topics of the entities. This work will be done in close coordination with the various IMR sub-teams, with the aim of benefiting from the existing approach on Solvency II model review and maximizing the synergies between the two frameworks. The conclusions of the reviews are presented to the top management, locally and at Group level. The IMR team also regularly interacts with the external auditors and with the supervisors. MAIN ACTIVITIES: The main tasks are listed below: * Build the methodology for the IFRS17 reviews and maintain it over time; * Organize the process with the entities: perform the analyses and lead the discussions; * Write the reports and communicate the conclusions, locally and at Group level; * Monitor the good implementation of the remediation plans in the entities; * Help the Group to steer the IFRS17 related topics; * Ensure the coordination with the external auditors and the supervisors; The role includes regular onsite visits in the entities. After only a few years, the candidate will develop a unique and detailed knowledge about the entities, the products and the models of the AXA Group (including best practices, shortfalls and limitations). VOTRE PROFIL TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: * Technical knowledge : * Solvency II and IFRS17 principles; * Actuarial valuation models; * Structure and features of the insurance products; * Insurance accounting and regulatory environment; * Tools: * MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint): extensive use of Excel spreadsheets and VBA macros; * capacity to translate and summarize complex technical topics into nice presentations and reports; * Knowledge of DFA tools would be a plus, to perform some runs and read / extract the outputs; SOFT SKILLS: * C1 English level: capacity to communicate on technical topics and to write presentations; * Appetite for international environments and travels abroad; * Good analytics and presentation skills; * Team work. EXPERIENCE: * Academic background: * Mathematics, finance, statistics and/or actuarial studies. * Professional experience: * 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in risk management, actuarial or finance, or in an audit / consulting function. Ideally, between 4 and 8 years of relevant experience.
