Propulsion Pylon Design Engineer (m/f)

Job Description: CONTEXT At Airbus, our purpose is to “pioneer sustainable aerospace for a safe & united world”. As a member of the Propulsion Engineering center, YOU will contribute to this revolution by designing and integrating the pylon, one of the main structural components. Pylon function is to ensure the primary link between the engine and the aircraft and to route aircraft vital functions such as bleed, hydraulic, electrical. As such, the working environment is multidisciplinary and challenging. Along with defining the future pylon and the route to decarbonization, our missions are to support pylon production and support the fleet while continuously improving our product. Our design office offers an end-to end vision of our products, reinforced by the proximity of the plant. We are working on all commercial and military programs. You will join a diverse and collaborative team with opportunities to work on many different activities ensuring continuous personal development. MISSION Your main mission is: * To define optimized and innovative solutions of our products to reduce mass, costs, environmental footprint, to ensure safety, manufacturability and operability, * To lead the integration and the installation of the pylon on the aircraft * To lead the integration of the full propulsion system digital mock-up and to deploy innovative methods and tools, in order to develop digital continuity * To ensure a good coordination of the different stakeholders such as plant production, suppliers and partners, in-service support, project teams * To deliver on time, cost and quality, with respect to Airbus standards. La principale fonction du mât réacteur est d'assurer le lien entre le moteur et l'avion et d'acheminer certaines fonctions vitales de l'avion telles que le conditionnement d'air, l'hydraulique et l'électricité. En tant que tel, l'environnement de travail est multidisciplinaire et stimulant. En plus de définir le futur mât réacteur et la voie de la décarbonation, nos missions sont d'accompagner la production de mâts et d'accompagner la flotte tout en améliorant continuellement notre produit. Notre bureau d'études propose une vision complète de nos produits, renforcée par la proximité de l'usine. Nous travaillons sur tous les programmes commerciaux et militaires. MISSION Votre mission principale est : * de concevoir des solutions optimisées et innovantes de nos produits pour réduire leur masse, leur coûts, leur empreinte environnementale; pour assurer la sécurité, la fabricabilité et l'opérabilité, * de diriger l'activité d’intégration et d’installation sur l’avion du mât réacteur et de ses systèmes, * de diriger l’intégration de la maquette digitale de l’ensemble propulsif complet mais également de déployer des outils et processus innovants permettant de développer la continuité digitale, * d'assurer une bonne coordination des différents intervenants tels que la production des usines, les partenaires et fournisseurs, le support en service, les équipes projets, * de livrer dans les délais, coût et qualité, dans le respect des standards Airbus.
