Job overview:
As a key member of the Market Development team, this role is
responsible for identifying and researching key buyer contacts and
ensuring that all relevant information (name, title, phone number) are
captured and encoded into Concur’s CRM tool. This role will also be
responsible for prospecting large market accounts, gathering
additional information regarding the targeted company such as what
Industry the company is in and its evolution, verifying the company
size via employee numbers and potentially the company address,
corporate cards in force, the travel management company they use, any
competitive systems in-place such on-line booking and/or expense
automation. This information will be used by the Marketing and Sales
Team to convert inquiries into actual sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Contact target companies to detect opportunities
* Develop complete and accurate company profiles for companies in
existing Concur databases, procured database from third parties or
target companies.
* Specific contact information for the potential buyers within these
companies will include complete name, title, email address, phone
number, and postal address.
* The profiles will be gathered through Internet research to include
but not limited to Linkedin , leveraging Concur partner contacts and
by calling the target company directly.
* Individual must be able to clearly articulate who Concur is and our
value proposition when asked, who they are gathering the information
for and for what purpose.
* The individual will also maintain and update all records within
Salesforce or other Concur designated systems.
* Interacts with sales, marketing and external customers/prospects
* Drive registrants to webinar and live events via e mail and over
the phone
* Alternance: desired pace is 3 weeks in the company / 1 week at
school
* Type of contract : «contrat d’apprentissage » or « contrat de
professionnalisation »
Qualifications:
*
Bachelor or master’s degree
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to pass a background check
* Competent in Microsoft software such as outlook, excel, word and
power point
* Nice to have: Experience in using CRM system such as Salesforce
