Partnerships Manager, Executive Education Full Time - Permanent -
Based in Fontainebleau, France REFERENCE: HR3 As the Business School

edge over the competition. Within the Executive Education department
of INSEAD, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partnerships
Manager to join us on a full-time and permanent basis at our Europe
Campus in Fontainebleau, France . INSEAD currently allows for a hybrid
working model where we require staff to be on-site three days a week,
and then they are able to work at home two days a week . This is a
newly-created role within INSEAD that supports the partnership between
INSEAD and one or more OPM (Online Programme Manager) partners. These
partnerships will see OPM partner/s help to develop and operationalise
a new category of Online programmes - partner-delivered INSEAD
Long-Form Online Certificates (LFOCs) . The Partnership Manager will
support the management of all aspects of the relationship/s between
INSEAD's current or potential OPM partner/s: helping to drive the
initial development of the content through the OPM partner, support
the launch and successful operationalisation/delivery of the LFOCs.
This role will also support any current or future developments of
INSEAD Executive Education Open-Enrolment programmes that involve
asynchronous deliveries. Main Responsibilities Act as the key point of
contact between INSEAD and the OPM partner/s in all matters regarding
the programmes delivered through the external party. You will also act
as the key point of contact between them and INSEAD’s faculty to
support the learning design and production for all learning content
required for the programme delivery. Support all activities to help
bring to fruition the launch - coordinate learning design sessions,
support the marketing launch, coordinating to ensure efficient
production of learning content for LFOC, working closely to OPM
partners to ensure all programmes are properly set-up for an optimal
learning experience by potential participants. Coordinate and engage
OPM partners to ensure that all programme offers unique selling
propositions are properly articulated and all branding assets used
adhere to INSEAD's branding guidelines. Regular check-ins with OPM
partners to ensure their sales and marketing efforts are optimized for
enrolment targets to be met. Analyse all feedback regarding the
programmes and work with OPM partners to ensure all participant
feedbacks are addressed. Ensure that participant CSAT surveys are
properly solicited, collated and analysed with key highlights captured
for reporting. Act as key support on all matters revolving around
partnership management like strategic reviews, payments, audits, and
any other supporting key administrative matters. To succeed in the
role you will need the following skills and experience: Hands-on
experience in acting as a vendor/account/partner manager, preferably
in the education sector. Experience in partnership or industry
alliance roles will be beneficial. Good understanding of asynchronous
pedagogical content development or some exposure in use or management
of Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g. Canvas, Intrepid) Some
experience in management of marketing activities and understanding on
how marketing drives results. Project Management skills with excellent
written and verbal communication skills. English will be essential as
the external partner will be USA-based, as will flexibility to work
with the partner across various timezones. Good educational background
with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. If you are interested, please
