Job Description: You will join the Airframe widebody Program team which is a very dynamic transnational team leading airframe transverse engineering activities for Wide Body products (A350, A330, A380, A400M). Activities start from the early development pre study phase down to the FAL Airframe MAP going through stress and material & process experts, technical project leaders and program business management. The team, located in Toulouse and Hamburg) is closely linked to the different program organizations and connected to the airframe sections to organize the wide portfolio of activities running on widebody developments. The span and the variety of projects ongoing offer great opportunities for technical and leadership development in transnational context. We are looking for a Widebody Integration Manager A350 Ultra Long Range (m/f), who will be the interface manager to lead Interface integration activities all along A350 development: A350freighter, A350 Ultra long range. As the successful candidate, you will operationally lead a project with more than 10 reporting contributors and steer a large MFT involving engineering, suppliers , program and manufacturing stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Airframe interface management. You will be responsible for the delivery of all interfaces on A350. Your overall mission is to ensure that all interfaces are addressed on due time, on quality standards, performance and without rework . Main responsibilities of the Mission are: * Project Management * Operations management * Stakeholder management * Reporting * Technical management The main challenges of the Mission are: * create a global network within Airframe and other organizations to work beyond siglum * Lead , convince, and influence with no hierarchical link * Set up and steer new governance and process for a new development * Take ownership , synthesize, report * Be delivery oriented You have following skills and competencies: * You have a technical experience (ideally on airframe design) * You have a project management experience (ideally PM certification) * You want to develop your leadership * Naturally curious, open-minded and willing to learn continuously, * Passionate about aeronautics and new technologies, * You are fluent in English, and are able to communicate in French This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
