E-learning Designer English (Internship)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Digimind is looking for an English-speaking intern (native / C2 level) to join our CUSTOMER EDUCATION TEAM in developing our customer education program. WHAT ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES? * Create VIDEO TUTORIALS (scripting, voice recording, image editing) and E-LEARNING COURSES for our Competitive Intelligence and Social Media listening software solutions * UPDATE our Knowledge Base to keep up with the LATEST EVOLUTION OF OUR TOOLS * Manage the access to our LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM * Assist our trainers in delivering TRAINING SESSIONS for our INTERNAL TEAMS AND OUR CLIENTS WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS? * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH - Native level or C2 * INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN/ CORPORATE TRAINING / TEACHING / GRAPHIC DESIGN interest or experience * Subject matter expertise/interest in one of the following domains is a plus: SOCIAL MEDIA, DIGITAL MARKETING, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE... * Ability and willingness to use different tools such as CAMTASIA, TALENTLMS, ZENDESK, HUBSPOT, as well as our own solutions. * ATTENTION TO DETAIL, RESOURCEFUL, CREATIVE, TECH-SAVVY * POSITIVE ATTITUDE and STRONG WORK ETHIC Able to deliver HIGH-QUALITY CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS Location Paris, France
