You will join the DC organization i.e the IM teams for Airbus Programmes, Customer Engagement & Services. In this frame, we are looking for a SAP Sales Business Analyst (f/m) in order to manage the projects and support related to the Commercial Offer Management solution, our strategic application to manage the contracts, sales and deliveries of commercial Aircraft. The main responsibility is to understand the business needs and strategic objectives and propose the corresponding IT solution (via standard software of the market or specific solutions as well as Cloud based architecture) in line with Enterprise Architecture, IM strategy and objectives. Your main accountabilities on this position are: * Analyse and understand the business process needs * Design functional & technical solutions (SAP ABAP/HANA) using the best of the art combination of SAP technologies and in line with Airbus Information technology strategy (Security, Digitalization,..) * Lead project activities to build and deploy the IT solutions (Workshops, Steering meetings, planning, costs, risks,...) * Coordinate all the stakeholders * Provide technical excellence, support, and quality throughout all stages of projects * Ensure the proper integration in the Airbus IT ecosystem * Support the Business to define the road-map priorities according to the value added and to the various constraints and impacts (security, compliance, quality, budget, technical dependencies…) Your Boarding Pass: * Educated to 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology * Experiences in Project Management * Knowledge in LBIP and Agile methodologies is a plus * Knowledge in Digital tools is a plus * Good communication and negotiation skills * Capability to adapt, to be reactive, to take initiatives * Flexible to work autonomously and to collaborate with a team * Values: Teamwork, Trust and Transparency Language skills * Negotiation level of English At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly.
