CONTRACT : Permanent/CDI
LOCATION : Any Mars site in France or in the UK
As part of the the Corporate Affairs team of Mars Global Services,
this role drives activities exclusively for the MGS Laboratories
service line. Its main objective is to communicate to the
laboratories' internal clients on its activities and capability to
protect business continuity and support growth.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?

Work closely with the MGS Labs leaders to communicate with segment and
functional leaders, and customers/lab users across Mars about the
capabilities and contributions of the MGS Laboratories team.

Promote, protect and build the MGS Labs brand through governance of
brand use and chief copyediting rights on customer-facing
communications including new service launches, service spotlights and
the internal website MGS Laboratories.

Work with the Global VP MGS Laboratories and the HR business partner
of MGS Labs to develop and execute communications that drive
engagement of MGS Labs Associates. Specifically, this includes
facilitating the Lab Leaders Group & quarterly push communications,
Associate announcements and organization changes.

Be responsible for a range of written documents required of MGS
Laboratories throughout the year including, but not limited to,
stories for our intranet, presentations to business partners in the
segments and functions of Mars, quarterly reporting and progress
summaries, letters or emails to MGS Labs Associates. An ability to
work with MGS Labs leaders to craft core messages then transfer those
messages into critical communication vehicles (e.g., talking points,
ppt presentations, word documents, letters, etc.) is therefore
essential.

Manage the relationship with external agencies as well as the quality
of the work delivered.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Previous communication in an internal communication/corporate affairs
role in a multinational company
*
Broad background in corporate communication and content creation
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
*
Strong business acumen and experience driving change communications
strategies
*
Ability to work with stakeholders with different levels of seniority
and convincing them of your recommendations
*
Previous work in scientific or pharmaceutical communication would be a
plus but not mandatory
