A&M's DI practice comprises professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, who bring deep expertise in conducting investigations, carrying out economic expert witness reports and providing forensic technology services. Our Disputes & Investigations team has a pan European presence with teams in London, Munich, Frankfurt, Athens, Paris, Madrid and Zurich. We have worked on some of the most significant, high-profile matters in the investigative and disputes area across many European countries and beyond. DISPUTES & INVESTIGATIONS PARIS A&M has extended its DI service line into Paris with the appointment of Andrew Flower listed by Who’s Who Legal as one of the top 10 leading expert witnesses in international arbitration in Europe. We are growing quickly in France and so we are seeking ambitious individuals to join a new but already busy International Arbitration team. Our team in Paris is an integrated part of A&M across the whole of Europe. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must existing experience within forensics and your duties will involve; * Assisting in the preparation of Expert witness reports of financial or economic nature * Providing strategic advice of a financial or economic nature to lawyers and clients to support their legal strategy * Utilising your strong Forensic Accounting skills on a variety of complex international cases * Conducting complex Financial Models to be used for arbitration and litigation purposes * Producing detailed Valuation reports for a range of cross-border disputes REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will have a balance of the following requirements and skills: * Experience working in Forensic Services within a leading firm, * Strong accounting and valuation knowledge * Fluency in English is required (whilst additional European language skills are highly desirable) * Ability to analyse and synthesise information from several sources and draw coherent, well-evidenced conclusions * As you will have the opportunity to be part of international projects and work with clients across the world, the candidate should be willing to travel.
