Our European Valuation & Modelling business is dynamic and fast
growing. Over the last 7 years we have established teams across the
USA and in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich and Paris. We are
unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting
issues caused that are typical in many of our competitors. We are also
able to operate cross-border seamlessly.
We provide a full suite of valuation and modelling services in the
areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, Private Equity
portfolios, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments,
Illiquid Securities and Financial and Tax reporting. All of our teams
are expanding, and we have established A&M as one of the leading
providers of Valuations globally.
Due to the continued growth of the team we are looking for an
experienced Senior Director / Director to join us in our Paris office.
The successful applicant will benefit from attractive career

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work closely with Managing Directors on business development
activities including proposals, pitches, networking and organising
client meetings and events
* Work closely our Managing Directors in France and across Europe on
business development activities including proposals, pitches &
networking
* Lead multiple and complex Valuation engagements whilst
collaborating closely with a range of industry leading specialists
across different teams
* Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and
valuation modelling
* Conduct research, synthesize information and develop reports
* Contribute to the development of the wider team through the
provision of formal and informal training
TYPICAL PROJECTS WILL INCLUDE;
* Fairness Opinions
* Valuations in a Restructuring Context
* Commercial Valuations
* PE Portfolio Valuations
* Purchase Price Allocations
* Intellectual Property Valuations
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 8 to 12 years valuations experience gained in the Valuations team
at a Big 4 accounting firm / independent valuation firm / consulting
firm
* Graduated from a leading “Grande Ecoles” ideally combined with
an exceptional academic record, including a strong focus on Finance
and/or Mathematics or similar
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Fluent business level French and English is essential. Additional
European languages are highly valued
* Ambitious with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
