JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:
The Project Manager manages multi customer projects. Project Manager
responsibilities includes several customer projects.
Each project is composed of payment at store and payment on-line in
the banking and the retail environment. He/She has a key role in the
customer relationship management in a perfect coordination with the
Key Account Manager.
REPORTING TO:
_ The Project Manager reports to the Head of projects management
authority which includes the Region head of Sales + the key account
manager and the region head of operations. __He/She direct reports to
the Head of Customer Projects and/or Programs_
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage the global project (s) assigned to him according to the
agreed objectives and planning
* Manage the relationship with the customer, set the overall project
governance, and ensure it is applied both internally and by the
customer.
* Behave in front of the customer as WorldLine representative
* Lead his core team and progress on agreed initiatives:
* Gather data, identify contingencies and required enabling
activities
* Drives a culture of Efficient Delivery
* Provide a central node of communication for project status across
the organization
* Work closely with IT and business counterparts to build consensus
and collaboration
* Develop infrastructure and accountability for regular, extensive
communication and team-work
* Requires ability to monitor and drive projects through clear
process development and team management, working to goals and
execution
* Ability to work across functional and business unit lines and
develop and maintain a culture of partnership between different parts
of the organization
* Ensure development of detailed execution plans and oversee the
implementation
* Monitor progress post-execution and identify any further
adjustments or activities
* Implement and optimize project delivery methodology
* Coach the team members adhering to the internal processes and
quality;
* Implement metrics and reporting for the projects
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* 7-10 years in project management experience
* Demonstrated experience in large and complex project management,
estimation of time and costs, execution to plan, management of risk.
* Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
* Experience Payment industry or E-payment knowledge is a plus
* Experience managing projects with customer project background
* Experience with a professional, structured Project Management
Methodology is a must (i.e. Prince2, CMMI, PMI)
* Experience in implementation of continuous improvement methodology
(Lean, Six Sigma, IPMA etc.) is nice to have

LANGUAGES
* French / English – excellent communication skills (both oral and
written)
* other European languages – optional / a plus
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: _(__List minimum qualifications experience

* University degree or equivalent
* Project management certification
COMPUTER/IT SKILLS:_ (__List minimum computer / IT Requirements
required for the role)_
* Proficient with project management tools like MS Project, if
possible SCIFORMA.
