JOB DESCRIPTION TEAM : You will join the super international marketing team of Click&Boat, a business unit composed of 35 people of +15 nationalities, and divided into 4 main squads: CRM, Acquisition, Design and Content. As part of your missions, you will join the CRM team, reporting directly to Jérémie our CRM Lead and work closely with Kimberley, our great CRM specialist. You will exchange daily with all your colleagues from marketing team, especially international content managers who create the awesome newsletters you will send. Also, CRM being central for the whole company, you will collaborate regularly with the other business units (Sales, Customer Care, Supply…) MISSIONS: * Edit, design and send Newsletters for Clickandboat and its brands. * Results analysis and performance AB tests. * Create and fill data reports for the CRM team. * Create audience segments to maximize CRM power. * Participate in Customer Journey strategic brainstorms. * Help on developing automated scenarios * Master Dialog Insight (our crm tool). * Help CRM team on the other CRM projects. * Feed a processes and best practices guide.
