It is a project with the excitement and energy of a scale-up, but the resources of a large software company committed to providing outstanding value to its customers. Adobe Stock is looking for someone to drive the development and evolution of new features and services for the creative professional. The ideal candidate will be experienced with an interest in details, an ability to collaborate across all functions and to clear obstacles, a facility to communicates progress, a talent to learn and an appetence for agility. Adobe Stock is a growing team, now composed of 250 people including 15 Scrum Teams located in Paris, New York, Seattle, San Francisco and Bucharest. In Paris, you will collaborate with several of our Scrum Teams. Their perimeters cover the lifecycle of all assets, to the build and evolvement of feature for our enterprise users. What you’ll do * Collaborate. Partner with Product Management and Engineering regarding product definition, project timeline, feature scope, commitments, and project-related decisions. * Organize and coordinate. Drive and handle dependencies with other teams. Lead all aspects of project delivery process across teams and across geographies to help handle scope * An agent of change. Identify and improve processes to remove bottlenecks and enhance how we deliver value to our customers. * Communicate. Drive day-to-day progress of programs & projects, lead status and report to partners, including C-level executives. * Identify and minimize risks. Resolve misalignments across requirements, priorities, and schedule. * An agile coach and mentor. Be a trusted advisor to support teams to increase their efficiency and ensuring the right features are crafted and delivered on time with the highest quality. What you need to succeed * BS in Computer Science or a related field. * 5+ years of relevant program/project management experience * Deep understanding and working knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles and methodologies, with a passion for continuous improvement * Strong organizational skills, comfortable working cross-functionally in a geographically distributed matrix organization with highly technical engineering teams. * Ability to influence without authority, encourage and empower others, think proactively, and function independently * Proven listening and interpersonal skills, analytical, inventive problem-solver and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with a variety of partners. * High oral and written communication in English, French or Romanian will be appreciated.
