Job Description: _ French version_ Un poste de Space Production Business Partner vient de s'ouvrir au sein de AIRBUS DEFENCE AND SPACE - site Astrolabe à Toulouse. Envie de faire partie de l'équipe Finances Spacecraft production ? Vous serez Business Partner des équipes MAIT (manufacturing assembly integration test) et soutiendrez également l'harmonisation et l'optimisation de la production des engins spatiaux sur tous les sites. Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. Missions et activités : Business Partner * Gérer le contrôle budgétaire de plusieurs départements (planning, budget, réels) dans Kapis 2854 * Réaliser les reporting mensuels aux équipes opérationnelles et proposer des plans d'action et d'amélioration * Soutenir les équipes opérationnelles dans les business cases et la prise de décision Contrôle MAIT * Gérer les contrats de sous-traitance et le pointage des heures * Coordonner les activités Internal Work Order, Interco et SLA(services partagés) * Agir en tant que partenaire financier dans l'élaboration des business cases sur les investissements futurs et calcukler le ROI Responsable de la planification du plan de charge transnational * Gérer et coordonner le processus End To End de Production Space Systems en totale conformité avec les exercices Sales&Opérations (OP, prévisions) * Consolider la charge de travail et la planification des ressources * Participer de manière proactive à la mise en place du nouvel outil de planification du plan de charge Processus d'harmonisation * Diriger l'harmonisation et l'optimisation des moyens industriels de Space Systems dans l'utilisation des Facilities, la recharge aux Programme Lines et aux clients externes. Déployer la méthode et le mécanisme des Facilities au Royaume-Uni * Mettre en œuvre la définition et la mise en œuvre du processus de gestion des stocks, l'harmonisation entre les pays, les transferts de stocks et la facturation, la gestion des taxes à des fins d'audit * Soutenir les analyses industrielles stratégiques ad hoc ERP Roadmap * Diriger la mise en œuvre de la méthode harmonisée du time booking pour les entités appartenant à Space Systems * Gérer les sessions de formation sur le périmètre * Participer aux phases de conception du modèle Airbus Defence and Space concernant le manufacturing tool * Assurer le respect des directives FGM (Financial Gouvernance Model), CAC14 lorsqu'elles s'appliquent * Interface avec les équipes projet transversales, les contrôleurs de gestion locaux, les comptables, les contrôleurs budgétaires, les départements Informatique / RH et les équipes de Finance Transformation * Soutenir la mise en place du SAP/CO et le déploiement des méthodes dans les entités qui vont opérer sur IN3 dans le cadre du projet de convergence ERP Compétences requises : * Diplôme Universitaire en Finance * Modules SAP obligatoires : CO / CATS * Expérience dans le contrôle des processus et des outils * Compétences en communication et en gestion du changement * Niveau en anglais avancé * Capacité à coopérer dans une organisation matricielle et à fonctionner dans une organisation d'équipe multinationale * Autonomie, initiative et coopération * Proactivité, résolution de problèmes et prise de décision _ English version_ A vacancy for a Space production Business Partner(m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Toulouse ( Astrolabe site). As the successful candidate you will join the the Spacecraft Production Financial Team. You are part of and are business partner for Toulouse MAIT (Manufacturing Assembly Integration and Test) teams. In your role you also support the Spacecraft production harmonization and optimization across sites. This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities. Missions and activities : Business Partner * Manage budgetary controlling of several departments ( planning, budget, actual) in Kapis 2854 * Report monthly to operational teams and propose action plan * Support operational teams in business cases and decision making MAIT Controlling * Manage subcontracting contracts and time booking embedded * Coordinate Internal Work Orders, interco & Service Level Agreement activities * Act as financial partner for capex business cases elaboration and Return on Investments computation Workload and Headcount Planning responsible * Manage and coordinate Spacecraft Production Space Systems E2E process in full adherence with Sales&Operations exercises (OP, forecasts) * Consolidate Workload and Headcount planning * Participate proactively on the new tool implementation Harmonization processes * Lead harmonization and optimization of the Space System industrial means in the use of the Internal Special Facilities, the recharging to the Program Lines and the external customers. Deploy Internal Special Facilities method and mechanism in UK * Implement inventory Management process definition and implementation, harmonization across countries, inventory transfers and invoicing, tax management for audit purpose * Support ad-hoc strategic industrial analyses. ERP roadmap * Lead Airbus Defence and Space harmonized time booking method implementation in IN3 (new SAP tool) for all Space System entities * Manage time booking training sessions on production aircraft perimeter * Participate in Airbus Defence and Space template design phases regarding AIT manufacturing tool * Ensure adherence to Financial Governance Model , CAC14 guidelines when applicable to business type * Interface with transversal project teams, local cost accountants, accountants, controllers, IM / HR departments & Finance Transformation teams * Support CO set up & methods deployment in entities that are going to operate on IN3 in the frame of ERP convergence project Skills required : * University Degree in Finance with a specialization in Controlling * Mandatory SAP modules : CO / CATS * Experience in controlling processes and tools * Communication & change management skills * Level in English : advanced * Ability to cooperate in a matrix organization and operate in a multi-national team organization * Autonomy, initiative and cooperation * Proactivity, problem solving and decision making This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
