Job Description: Finance is embarking on a major transformation journey involving Information Management (IM) solutions for Treasury and Trading. These are key to the desired improvements across Airbus Divisions. In this context a vacancy in Toulouse has arisen to take responsibility as IM Trading Floor Support Manager. In this role you will be responsible to manage the trading platforms and to contribute to treasury projects within the Treasury IM solution department serving for all Airbus Divisions and its subsidiaries. You will work in a multifunctional team context close to the traders business ensuring the technical operation of trading platforms in a truly international environment linking business, IM teams and external system and service providers. Tasks & accountability: As IM Trading Floor Support Manager your main tasks and responsibilities will include: * Project management within IT Treasury projects * Provide your input during design and implementation phase based on your experiences on finance/treasury/banking systems * Support all aspects of system implementation and addressing customer needs * Ensure business continuity supporting changes and release management From operational view you will ensure support on trading applications: * Monitor trading tools and external connections in partnership with multifunctional team * Incident management and first level support ensuring business continuity * Ensure services are performed by the IT service teams * Manage external partners connections and upgrades You will contribute to continuous process improvement and also strengthen Treasury security processes: Cyber Monitoring Center, Quarterly User review, Audits, .. Required skills We are looking for you with the following skills and experiences: * Master degree level in Computer Science or any equivalent qualification * Minimum 3 years experience within a position connecting IT and Business * Project management and methodology experienced * Basics in Windows, middle ware, server application, network and architecture is a plus * Ability to work in an international context connecting multiple departments * You act customer-service oriented with skilled communication and are a team player? * Good English is mandatory as our everyday practice, FR/SP/GE are a plus What We Have to Offer: * A motivated expert team will support you with training to get started * Development and upskilling plan * Benefit of working with vibrant and diverse teams * Multicultural environment Come Join Our Team!
