GOAL:
* Drives the Product Support Package, ie. all PSP technical
activities in synchronization with R&D project development
* Supports the UWB integration in customer platforms, mainly for
Mobile, Wearable & IOT applications
* Ensures the product knowledge sharing within the team
* Is the Main interface with Product Managers & Marketing
* Acts as technical leader
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
* Leads the Product Support Package within the CAS team, in
synchronization with R&D and Marketing teams
* Supports the HW & SW customer integration of the UWB system
solutions
* Acts as UWB Expert, interfacing closely with engineering experts
* Participates actively to the local team competency ramp-up
* Takes an active role in design-in support including project
management, design consultancy, system integration support and
validation
MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Familiar with Mobile / Wearable / IOT Platforms (SW & HW)
* Knowledge of the complete UWB system
* Capability of system analysis including HW aspects
* Proven experience in customer support
* Ability to work in Multi cultural environment (Asia, Europe, India,
America)
NECESSARY KNOW HOW / SKILLS
* Master’s degree
* Expert in SW coding (C, C++, Java) and compilator / debugging tools
* Capability of system analysis and debugging including some HW
aspects like buses (I2C, SPI, UART)
* High expertise in mobile & IOT SW architecture and embedded SW
(Linux, RTOS, Android)
* Proven capability to deal with RF & HW constraints to analyse and
optimize the full system
* Fast reactivity & Capability to manage crisis [methodology,
synthesis, drive, communication]
* Ability to collect technical customer requirements & share them in
a structured way to all stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
* Good contact in multicultural environment
