This group is globally supported by a central group (Global IVA) in charge of the successful execution of SAP’s Industry and Value mandate including providing a value management platform (VLM Value Life Cycle Manager). THE ROLE The position is for leading the VLM product development. Role is a team player role operating daily in English in a virtual offshore / near shore global team set up. The position is based in Paris, France EDUCATION MBA or relevant professional qualification with strong analytical capabilities and research-oriented mindset QUALIFICATIONS * Ability to communicate and engage with senior customer executive, industry analysts, market researchers, academia and SAP stakeholders, to explore and leverage the latest value management ideas, research, feedback and best practices for creating best on the market value management platform. Innovative thinker. * Ability to contribute to vision, strategy and roadmaps. * Ability to convert ideas & needs into proven used Digital processes contributing to customers and SAP success For this, a proven value engineering DNA (Value culture, Value processes & contents expertise…) combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the below areas is mandatory: * Advanced Data Modeling * Agile hybrid methodology * Architecting and designing high performance services-oriented application * Designing consumer grade web based & mobile user experience * Designing and enabling solution mgmt processes and best practices, * Deep technology awareness for interfacing in a productive manner with engineering resources * Experience in enabling, supporting and scaling usage of delivered solution post go Live Other required skills: * Portfolio & product & planning management. * Design Thinking & prototyping * Application development lifecycle * Quality driven.
