Job Description:
Un poste de Project Management Office (h/f) vient de s'ouvrir au sein
d’Airbus Defence & Space à Toulouse.
L'entité Observation et science de la Terre (EOS) propose certains
des projets les plus stimulants et passionnants des systèmes
spatiaux. Au cœur et à la pointe de la technologie se trouvent les
projets d'instruments qui continuent de fournir des solutions de
pointe reconnues à l'échelle internationale.
Ces projets offrent un environnement stimulant, dynamique et rythmé
où une solide équipe de gestion de projet est la clé du succès. Au
sein de cette équipe et afin de relever ces défis, le Project
Management Office Lead (PMO Lead) est un rôle clé habilité en tant
que co-pilote du Project Manager, pour piloter de manière proactive
les différents processus de Project Management.
Cela inclut les différentes disciplines PM telles que :
* Gouvernance et communication du projet
* Planification intégrée
* Gestion des risques et opportunités
* Préparation des revues
* Rapports internes et externes
* Données de gestion de projet
Ce rôle relève hiérarchiquement du responsable du PMO pour EOS,
mais est fonctionnellement intégré au projet attribué
Tâches et responsabilités :
Vous serez responsable des activités principales suivantes :
* Maintenir le plan de gestion de projet et assurer l'adhésion du
programme à ce plan
* Gérer l'écosystème numérique de gestion de projet pour faire
fonctionner le programme (par exemple, planification unifiée,
ADProjects, ARM, outils de collaboration)
* Préparer et animer des réunions et soutenir la préparation des
jalons
* Soutenir le chef de projet dans la planification et la préparation
des Maturity Gates
* Tenir à jour le registre des actions du programme et piloter la
clôture des actions en temps opportun
* Coordonner la préparation de rapports dans divers formats pour les
clients internes et externes
* Assure la cohérence entre toutes les exigences contractuelles,
financières et techniques et la couverture du plan de gestion de
projet (en étroite collaboration avec le contrôleur de projet, le
responsable du contrat client et le responsable technique)
* Maintenir le plan intégré du programme dans l'ensemble d'outils
approprié (par exemple, la planification unifiée), en intégrant les
contributions de toutes les parties prenantes.
* Identifier, suivre et communiquer le chemin critique du programme,
en proposant des mesures pour le raccourcir
* Suivre les progrès du programme et fournir une visualisation et
une alerte précoce des problèmes potentiels pour permettre une
atténuation précoce, une anticipation et des décisions basées sur
les données
* Maintenir le plan de gestion des risques et opportunités (R&O) du
programme
* Maintenir le registre R&O, y compris la facilitation de la capture
et de l'évaluation des risques et des opportunités
* Piloter la définition et le suivi des actions d'atténuation R&O
* Rechercher et mettre en œuvre de manière proactive des
améliorations dans votre façon de travailler et dans l'exécution
globale du programme
* Soutenir la gouvernance d'amélioration du projet et contribuer à
l'atteinte de ses objectifs d'amélioration
* Production du rapport sur l'historique du projet (annuel)
* Supervision de l'ensemble des changements, pour déclencher le
problème CCN et construire le dossier pertinent
Compétences requises
Vous avez la formation, les expériences et compétences suivantes :
* Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en ingénierie ou en
administration des affaires
* Une expérience antérieure dans la direction de projets ou en tant
que PMO est très recherchée
* Expérience dans la gestion / travail avec un calendrier de projet
souhaité
* Expérience dans la gestion des risques et des opportunités, soit
en tant que gestionnaire de risques ou membre de projet souhaité
* Certification Airbus PM (Bronze ou supérieur) / Certification PMP
préférée
* Excellentes compétences en communication et en facilitation
* Capacité à travailler dans toutes les fonctions et à influencer
et persuader les parties prenantes du programme au milieu de
priorités conflictuelles
* Expérience des outils de planification standard (par exemple,
planification unifiée, MS Project, Primavera) souhaitée
* Expérience dans l'utilisation de l'outil Airbus ARM pour la
gestion des risques et des opportunités souhaitée
* Expérience de travail dans des équipes et des environnements
internationaux
* Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire

Earth Observation and Science (EOS) delivers some of the most
challenging and exciting projects in Space Systems. At its heart and
on the forefront of technology are the instrument projects that
continue to deliver internationally recognised sector leading
solutions. These projects offer a challenging, dynamic, and high paced
environment where a strong Project Management Team is key to success.
Within this team and in order to meet these challenges, the Project
Management Office Lead (PMO Lead) is a key role empowered as a
co-pilot to the Project Manager, to proactively drive the different
Project Management processes.
This includes the various PM disciplines such as:

Project governance and communication
*
Integrated planning
*
Risk and opportunity management
*
Preparation of reviews
*
Internal and external reporting
*
Project Management data
This role reports hierarchically to the Head of PMO for EOS but is
functionally embedded within the assigned project.
Responsibilities include (shared with the rest of the PMO team):
*
Maintain the Project Management Plan and ensure the programme’s
adherence to this plan
*
Manage the Project Management digital ecosystem to operate the
programme (e.g. Unified Planning, ADProjects, ARM, collaboration
tools)
*
Prepare and facilitate meetings and support preparation of milestones
*
Support the Project Manager in planning and preparing Maturity Gates
*
Maintain the programme’s action register and drive the timely
closure of actions
*
Coordinate preparation of reports in various formats for both
internal and external customers
*
Ensures consistency among all contractual, financial and technical
requirements and coverage in the Project Management Plan (in close
cooperation with the Project Controller, Customer Contract Manager and
Technical Manager)
*
Maintain the programme’s integrated plan in the appropriate toolset
(e.g. Unified Planning), embedding inputs from all contributing
stakeholders
*
Identify, track and communicate the programme’s critical path,
proposing measures to shorten it
*
Track programme progress and provide visualization and early warning
of potential issues to allow for early mitigation, anticipation and
data-driven decisions
*
Maintain the Risk and Opportunity (R&O) Management Plan of the
programme
*
Maintain the R&O register, including the facilitation of capture and
assessment of risks and opportunities
*
Drive the definition and follow-up of R&O mitigation actions
*
Proactively seek out and implement improvements in your way of
working, and in the overall execution of the programme
*
Support project’s improvement governance and contribute to the
achievement of its improvement objectives
*
Production of Project History Report (yearly)
*
Supervision of overall Changes, to trigger CCN issue and build the
relevant case
Requirements:
*
Educated to degree level in Engineering or Business Administration
*
Previous experience in leading projects or as a PMO is highly sought
*
Experience in managing / working with a project schedule desired
*
Experience in managing risks and opportunities, either as a risk
manager or a project member desired
*
Airbus PM Certification (Bronze or above) / PMP certification
preferred
*
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
*
Ability to work across functions, and to influence and persuade
programme stakeholders amid conflicting priorities
*
Experience with typical office applications and generally well-versed
in digital tools
*
Experience in standard scheduling tools (e.g. Unified Planning, MS
Project, Primavera) desired
*
Experience in using the Airbus ARM tool for risk and opportunity
management desired
*
Experience working in international teams and environments
*
Fluency in English in mandatory
