THE GLOBAL TALENT TEAM
Within the Human Resources department, the Global Talent team is
responsible for providing support to the HR and Business Leaders in
order to _ATTRACT, RECRUIT, DEVELOP TALENTS AND ENSURE “BEST IN
CLASS” EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE._

The Global Talent VP, based in the Parisian HQ of Christian Dior
Couture, reports to the HR SVP and manages a team of 8 people +
external consultants.
Representing the Christian Dior Couture "_Global Talent Gardener"_ at
global level, he/she will:
* Contribute to the mid-long term HR strategy, together with the SVP
HR
* Cultivate with care, agility and strategic mindset the internal
pool – nourishing their careers_ ("la haute couture des
carrières")_
* Build a breeding ground for keeping up the dream and upholding
organizational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Contribute to the HR ROADMAP ELAOBORATION, with 2 key moments in
the HR Year: The global Organizations and People Review, and the
Global HR Budget
* PARTNER WITH DIOR HRDS worldwide AND ANIMATE THE HR COMMUNITY ON
GLOBAL TALENT SUBJECTS
* Manage THE TALENT DEVELOPMENT AND THE TALENT RELATED PROJECTS at
global scale:
* Career interviews with internal talents
* Assessment in view of the global talent review
* Talent related projects depending on the roadmap and priorities
* Manage the TALENT ACQUISITION and facilitate INTERNAL MOBILITIES
worldwide
* Talent acquisition internally and externally on a global scale
* Internal initiatives to boost internal career paths, in
coordination with LVMH Group talent teams and with other Maisons
* Creation of the highest standard of candidate experience
* Strategic headhunting for Senior executives and middle
management,; Talent Mappings
* Manage EMPLOYER BRAND STATEMENT, EMPLOYER VALUE PROPOSITION, HR
EXTERNAL COMM (on line and off line - Social Media and Events)
* Content creation & EVP Comm
* HR social media & Job boards
* Employee advocacy
* HR Events organization and follow up
* Manage global LEARNING STRATEGY
* Global Learning & dev + LMS
* LVMH House relations
* Employee appraisal (PCR)
* Graduate Programs
* Manage global ECPS AND SCHOOLS RELATIONSHIPS
* WW Young Talents strategy
* Campus activations WW online & onsite
* Supervising TA interns, apprentices & ECP France HQ & Europe
* Follow up interns & interns life Europe & HQ
* Interns transformation / ECP recruitment
* TA– recruitment tools design
* Managing INDUCTION FOR VP PROFILES
PROFILE
* 15-20 years’ experience, of which at least 10 in HR
* Genuine interest for people development/ careers design
* Ideally experience in the luxury or retail business (or proven
knowledge of this sector)
* International experience and profile welcome
* Fluent French and English
