ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a Digital Strategy and Content
Manager whose mission will be to develop and devise our digital and
social media strategy to drive brand awareness, traffic, promote sales
and stay at the very forefront of the Belvedere digital experience.
Be a voice of provocation, change and brand excellence in the newly
formed Maison that puts Belvedere at the very cutting edge of social
and digital experiences for our consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and design new and cutting-edge social media strategies to
achieve our ambitious marketing and brand objectives:
* Collaborate with the Brand and Business Development team to manage,
create and publish highly original, disruptive, and high-quality
content
* Deliver social media calendars strategically in concert with
creative agencies and the Brand Team
* Administer social media accounts with up-to-date content by
ensuring quality control, publishing, and scheduling
* Manage/supervise/liaise with copywriter/s to strategically align
with copy content, hashtag strategy, caption development etc. Provide
ancillary copywriting as needed.
* Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative
and appealing, on brand and on strategy
* Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop social ‘buzz’
regarding new product launches
* Offer new ideas, fresh thinking and drive new understanding and
behaviour through the department
* Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get
reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
* Assess and analyse weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and
ROI. Ensure this is cascaded to the relevant teams in a useful,
simple, and impactful format that informs and improves on strategy and
creative
* Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization to
the creative team
* Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social
media strategy
* Stay up to date with new digital technologies and social media best
practices and be a voice for digital excellence within the Belvedere
Maison.
PROFILE
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Proven work experience as a Social media/Digital strategist or
Social media manager
* 5 to 8 years work experience
* Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
* FULL Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
* FULL understanding of all social media portals (Instagram, FB,
Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) from an advertising programming and
technical standpoint
* An ability to identify target audience preferences and build
content to meet them
* Familiarity with web design and publishing
* Excellent multitasking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skill
* Languages: English (Other European languages (French) an
advantage)
* Personal & interpersonal skills: Persuasive, resilient, honest,
committed, socially adaptable, positive attitude, diplomatic,
gravitas, focused
